Back on the island, as Oliver, Slade and Sara plan to assume control over the vessel from Ivo, Sara pulls Oliver aside and reveals to him he needs to execute Ivo to keep him from disclosing to Slade what occurred with Shado. Oliver feels gigantic blame over the circumstance yet understands Slade's developing fierceness from the Mirakuru makes him capricious and he could turn on his companions on the off chance that he thinks Oliver is at fault. Oliver consents to murder Ivo and the fight starts.
