Best of the lot follows a litter of young doggies from the minute they're conceived and start their mission to become Guide Dogs for the Blind, a definitive canine profession. Cameras finish these little guys a two-year odyssey as they train to become hounds whose extreme duty is to shield their visually impaired accomplices from hurt.
