During section one of the two-section season finale, the St. Bonaventure group goes to Guatemala on a careful mission to help patients at a country clinic. When there, the group faces a little local area that is needing their assistance yet are doled out the overwhelming errand of distinguishing who they can help most. And keeping in mind that Shaun is by all accounts flourishing in Guatemala, Lea is as yet battling with the deficiency of her child.
