In a progression of flashbacks to 1919, Klaus opens up to Cami and uncovers subtleties of the overwhelming mystery Rebekah and Marcel were attempting to keep from him. Elijah frames an impossible partnership with Monique and requests her assistance in finding Sabine. Somewhere else, Thierry is hesitant to get involved when Marcel and Rebekah approach him with an arrangement to bring down the witches. In the mean time, in the straight, Hayley is confounded and holds Sabine prisoner trying to get data that will turn around the revile on Hayley's werewolf faction.
